Job summary

Maxify AI is recruiting an Engineering Lead to build and scale AI-native workflows in Singapore. You will own the technical architecture, guide the engineering roadmap, and ship production AI-powered products. This on-site role demands hands-on leadership with a track record of delivering reliable, secure systems.

You will mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and observability, and work closely with the founder on strategy. Candidates with cloud, distributed systems, and MLOps experience fit best.

Qualifications

• Built and operated complex software systems in production.
• Technically deep and an active builder.
• Experience designing scalable systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Built robust testing, deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Led engineers through architecture, delivery, feedback, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own Maxify’s technical architecture and engineering roadmap.
• Build AI-agent systems spanning orchestration, memory, tools, permissions, evaluations, observability, and human oversight.
• Lead the design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operation of AI-powered products.
• Write and review production code with the team.
• Lead technical discussions, architectural decisions, and code reviews.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop an exceptional engineering team.
• Collaborate with founder on product direction and long-term technical strategy.
