Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a senior software engineering leader to spearhead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-driven applications and workflow automation platforms at our Singapore HQ. You will actively contribute to code, conduct design reviews, and mentor a compact engineering squad.

You will collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and manage cross-unit and vendor integrations to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of guiding technical teams.
• Deep hands-on proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and cloud computing.
• Full stack experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to design scalable architectures and establish engineering standards.

Responsibilities

Skills and experience required

• At least 7 years of software engineering experience, paired with a proven track record of guiding technical teams and managing complex delivery workstreams.
• Deep hands‑on proficiency utilizing modern programming languages, APIs, databases, and cloud computing frameworks.
• Full stack experience will be highly preferred
• Solid expertise in designing scalable architectures, establishing engineering standards, and executing rigorous technical reviews.
• Proven ability to engage directly with stakeholders to comprehend complex workflows and translate those business needs into viable technical solutions.
