Job summary
SG Growth Capital is strengthening its AI and digital capabilities in Singapore. As Technical Lead, AI & Digital Products, you will drive the AI transformation agenda, build AI-enabled applications and automated workflows, and lead a small engineering team while coding and reviewing work.
You will partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, translate needs into practical technology solutions and ensure secure, scalable delivery across platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on software engineering with strong coding, design and review capabilities.
- Experience leading technical teams, hiring engineers and delivering complex projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions and roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Drive scope, roadmap, architecture and delivery of AI transformation and digital platform capabilities.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, define solutions and iterate based on feedback.
- Remain hands-on in design, coding and code reviews to maintain engineering standards.
- Build and lead a small engineering team, hiring, onboarding and coaching engineers.
- Design secure, reliable and scalable AI-enabled applications and data-driven tools.
- Assess cybersecurity, data protection and technology risks and implement mitigations.
- Collaborate with business units and external partners to manage dependencies and delivery.
