Qualifications

• Experience as Captain, Senior Server, or Chef de Rang in a refined-casual or fine-dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of professional food and beverage service, incl. wine and bottle service.
• Ability to lead a section and guide junior team members during fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned dining-room section with attentive, professional service.
• Welcome guests and oversee their experience from arrival to departure.
• Present and explain menu items, and provide informed recommendations.
