Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a seasoned product leader to own the day-to-day management of the Learning & Skills portfolio in Singapore. You will translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, prioritise the backlog and drive delivery outcomes across domains.

In this role, you will refine requirements for delivery, provide clear priorities to vendor teams, monitor product performance, and support governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and prioritisation skills.
• Background in Continuing Education and Training, CET, or education technology is a plus.

[What we are looking for]

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
