Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a Product Manager / Business Analyst to drive a domain within the Learning & Skills portfolio in Singapore. You will manage the backlog, translate business requirements into user stories, and support delivery across multiple teams to align with the product roadmap.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation or enterprise application delivery.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and product requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage backlog for the assigned domain, define, refine and prioritise features.
Collaborate with domain leads to translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Engage stakeholders across Institutes of Higher Learning to resolve conflicts or gaps.
Liaise with vendor delivery teams to clarify requirements and validate delivered capabilities.
Work with other Product Managers to manage dependencies and ensure consistency across domains.
Support UAT and validation activities by covering business scenarios and coordinating SMEs.
Gather user feedback to identify gaps and feed back into backlog prioritisation and roadmap discussions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of requirements, backlog items, acceptance criteria and domain scope.
