Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore seeks a seasoned product leader to drive Learning & Skills capabilities across Institutes of Higher Learning, moving from project-based delivery to a enduring product approach that delivers continuous value and scalable outcomes.

You will define the product vision, own the portfolio, prioritise features based on value, and ensure alignment with sector priorities while guiding transitions from legacy systems to modern solutions.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in IT, CS, Business, Education, Engineering or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in product management, digital transformation, enterprise systems or programme leadership.
• Demonstrated leadership of large-scale digital products or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities; effective stakeholder management.
• Experience in CET, lifelong learning, education technology or related domains is a plus.
