Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Learning & Skills portfolio, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.

You will own and manage the overall product backlog, drive alignment across domains and stakeholders, refine requirements for delivery and provide clarity to vendor teams while monitoring performance and supporting governance and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
