Job summary

Temasek Polytechnic (TP) invites applications for a seasoned Product Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the Learning & Skills portfolio. You will translate strategy into actionable roadmaps, backlog priorities and delivery outcomes.

You will own the backlog, drive alignment across domains, refine requirements, and communicate priorities to vendor teams to ensure successful delivery. The role requires collaboration with stakeholders, strong facilitation skills, and experience with Agile

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or related fields.
• Experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in CET, lifelong learning, education technology or related domains is a plus.

[What we are looking for]

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Education, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, enterprise application delivery or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience managing product backlogs, roadmaps and stakeholder requirements.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation and prioritisation skills.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum or iterative product delivery methodologies.
• Experience in Continuing Education and Training (CET), lifelong learning, education technology or related domains will be an advantage.
