Responsibilities

• Manage daily procurement and requisition activities, including shipments with vendors, warehouses, and freight forwarders.
• Ensure procurement adheres to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, shipment arrangements, and invoice discrepancies to ensure accuracy and cost efficiency.
• Oversee documentation for customs clearance, ensuring compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
• Liaise with freight forwarders and handle import shipment documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring optimal stock availability.
• Track stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support general administrative functions within the department.
