Heng Got Manpower Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive procurement professional to support daily purchasing operations in Singapore.

You will handle purchase administration, negotiate with suppliers, and help manage cost and budgets to ensure timely delivery. You should have strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills, be able to work under pressure, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and drive value.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or procurement is preferred.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive in solving problems and improving processes.
• Independent and able to work under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Purchase administration and order processing.
• Negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective deals.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and supplier contracts, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor cost and project budgets and develop cost forecasts.
• Evaluate vendors based on quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Source quotations and liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
