Little Farms is seeking an exceptional Head Chef Pastry to lead Starter Lab’s pastry team in Singapore. You will oversee daily pastry production, mentor the team and ensure products meet taste, texture, freshness and presentation standards.

The role involves collaborating with bakery, restaurant, retail and commercial teams to deliver innovative pastry offerings, scale production, manage costs and uphold stringent food-safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Significant pastry experience with leadership roles.
• Strong technical expertise across pastry production, baking, finishing and presentation.
• Experience planning production to meet multiple orders and deadlines.
• Commercial understanding of food costing, labour productivity, yields, inventory and wastage.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, allergen management and shelf-life controls.

Aufgaben

• Lead daily pastry operations to meet recipes and standards.
• Plan production according to demand forecasts and sales patterns.
• Organise preparation, baking, cooling, finishing and packing for on-time distribution.
• Develop recipes, production guides and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Executive Baker & Pastry Chef on product development.
• Monitor quality, cost, shelf life, and consumer appeal; drive improvements.
