Job summary

PEOPLE ADVANTAGE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Zonal Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations and manpower deployment across multiple centres in Singapore.

You will supervise on-site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance, acting as the liaison between centres, operations teams and stakeholders. You will lead from the front, manage feedback and incidents, and support onboarding and training.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations and frontline teams.
• Ability to travel and work weekends/public holidays when required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder liaison skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and manpower deployment across assigned centres.
• Supervise on-site teams to ensure service quality, safety, and SOP compliance.
• Act as liaison between centres, operations teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage feedback, incidents, and operational reporting.
