Job summary

MKH Engineering Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Cleaning Operations Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise cleaning operations across multiple sites in Singapore. You will ensure safe and efficient service delivery that aligns with company standards and client requirements while managing manpower and training.

The role emphasizes quality control, incident handling, client engagement, and continuous improvement to maintain high hygiene and service excellence across all locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day cleaning activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan deployment, rosters, shift arrangements, and cleaning assignments.
• Lead Cleaning Supervisors, Team Leaders, and cleaning personnel; ensure punctuality, discipline, and productivity.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, chemical handling, customer service, and safe work practices.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits; uphold hygiene standards, especially in kitchens and dishwashing areas.
