Responsibilities

Monitor individual and team metrics, provide constructive feedback, and conduct routine performance evaluations.
Train new hires on job responsibilities, company culture, and standard operating procedures.
Act as the primary point of contact for staff disputes, operational bottlenecks, or client/customer complaints.
Enforce company policies and ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
