Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management or related field.
• 4 years of experience in operations, recruitment, staffing or related management.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, interviewing and employee management.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Lead recruitment activities, including workforce planning, screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Assess staffing requirements across clinics and identify workforce gaps.
• Develop and maintain workforce plans to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Coordinate employee deployment, transfers, scheduling and manpower allocation.
• Monitor staffing levels, attendance, vacancies and turnover to identify risks.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Onboard new employees and ensure proper deployment and integration into roles.
• Support performance, engagement, retention and workforce initiatives.
• Establish operational processes and documentation to improve efficiency.
• Resolve staffing and operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
• Collaborate with management on initiatives to improve productivity and service quality.
