Job summary

PEOPLE ADVANTAGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Project Executive (Sports) to oversee manpower operations across multiple facilities in Bedok and surrounding sites, delivering quality services and ensuring client satisfaction.

The role is full-time, based on-site in Singapore, with salary up to SGD 3,600 per month. You will coordinate scheduling, workforce deployment, and stakeholder communications to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, manpower management, or service delivery.
• Experience managing multi-site operations and large workforces preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and workforce scheduling systems.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Flexible and willing to support operational requirements outside of regular hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract operations and client relationships
• Oversee workforce planning, rostering, recruitment, and manpower deployment
• Attend to operational enquiries and stakeholder requests promptly
• Ensure compliance with contractual, safety, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor service KPIs, operational performance, and quality standards
• Drive operational improvements and service excellence initiatives
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates
• Be on standby and responsive to operational needs when required
