Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics engineering.
- 2–3 years in heavy manufacturing.
- Hands-on automation systems maintenance.
- Steel manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of IPCs, PLCs, drive control, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Able to perform under pressure and respond to maintenance issues promptly.
- Willing to work 5.5 days per week; overtime as needed.
- Valid driving license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Lead a team of technicians for preventive maintenance, repair and overhaul.
- Develop plans and schedules for maintenance activities.
- Manage spare parts inventory for critical components.
- Coordinate with suppliers for parts and services.
- Monitor equipment performance and pursue reliability improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
