Job summary

ISEAS invites applications for an Assistant Manager/Manager (Learning Design) to design and build digital resources that equip public officers with practical AI, digital, and data capabilities.

Using AI-powered tools, this role turns complex topics into clear, usable learning experiences and shapes IDG's content production across government.

Collaborate with experts to prototype quickly, iterate on workflows, and improve speed, quality and interactivity of learning content.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of instructional design, digital content, or multimedia projects.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners.
• Experience creating AI-assisted learning content workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build learning products end-to-end using AI tools, including research, scripting, production, review and publishing.
• Design learner-centred resources (modules, guides, job aids and videos) for practical workplace use.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to shape content across formats for public officers.
• Test new tools and workflows to improve learning content quality and interactivity.
