Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an innovative Instructional Designer to weave Artificial Intelligence into teaching and learning, leveraging the latest AI tools and methodologies to empower learners and educators.

You will design AI-enhanced curricula and learning experiences, lead Agentic AI implementations, collaborate with academic staff and technologists, conduct needs analyses, evaluate impact, and deliver workshops to faculty on AI for education.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Credentials in Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
Experience in higher education or lifelong learning environments.
Portfolio demonstrating AI integration in teaching and learning.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI tools.

Responsibilities

Design AI-enhanced materials and learning experiences to personalise engagement and outcomes.
Lead and support the implementation of Agentic AI solutions in adaptive learning environments.
Collaborate with academic staff, technologists, and subject matter experts to integrate AI-driven strategies into curriculum design and delivery.
Conduct needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of AI-enhanced teaching approaches, with data-driven recommendations.
Deliver training and workshops to faculty and staff on AI for education and agentic learning innovations.
