Job summary

Caring Skin Medispa in Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will design, implement and optimize performance campaigns across Google, Meta and other channels to deliver high-quality leads and strong ROI.

The role combines hands-on analytics, creative thinking and the ability to scale campaigns in a fast-paced environment, with AI tools for insights and automation to improve efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record in lead-generation campaigns via Google and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC and GEO strategies.
• Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital channels.
• Optimize SEO, SEM and GEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimization to drive traffic and leads.
• Develop targeted acquisition and lead-nurturing strategies to engage potential customers toward conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance and address issues affecting lead volume, quality and CAC.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance audience/keyword research, ad copy and reporting.
