Caring Skin Medispa is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will develop, implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns to attract high-quality leads and maximize ROI.

The role requires 4-6+ years of hands-on digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning Google, Meta, SEO/SEM, and AI-powered optimization.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience.
• Proven track record of lead-generation campaigns on Google and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, GEO, and social media marketing.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM and GEO initiatives to improve search visibility and drive traffic.
• Develop targeted acquisition and lead-nurturing strategies across the customer journey.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and cost per lead.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance audience research, ad copy, and reporting.
• Maintain performance dashboards and report ROI and CAC.
