Qualifikationen

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital / performance marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and campaign scaling.
• Experience in aesthetic, beauty, healthcare, or medispa industry is highly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify gaps in marketing performance and propose data-backed strategies.
• Conceptualise and execute creative, high-converting marketing campaigns to drive leads, bookings, and revenue.
• Develop campaign hooks, offers, and messaging angles, including first-trial offers and time-limited promotions.
• Initiate seasonal and treatment-specific campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Drive retention and reactivation strategies via CRM, remarketing, and loyalty initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to propose new growth ideas.
• Lead generation and funnel optimisation across the Awareness → Lead → Booking → Show-Up → Repeat stages.
