Caring Skin Medispa seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will design and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta and other channels to deliver a steady stream of high-quality leads and maximise ROI.

The role blends analytics with creativity, requiring strong data interpretation, campaign optimisation, AI-powered tools, and collaboration with the creative team to produce conversion-driven assets.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience, with ownership of B2C lead-generation campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns from Google and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, GEO, social media marketing).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions without day-to-day supervision.

Responsabilités

• Develop, execute and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other digital channels.
• Manage SEO, SEM and GEO initiatives to improve search visibility and drive traffic.
• Develop targeted acquisition and lead-nurturing strategies to engage potential customers.
• Monitor campaign performance and address issues affecting lead volume, quality and cost per lead.
