Job summary

Caring Skin Medispa seeks an experienced Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will design and optimise performance campaigns across Google, Meta and other channels to deliver a steady stream of high-quality leads and maximise ROI.

The role blends analytics with creativity, requiring strong data interpretation, campaign optimisation, AI-powered tools, and collaboration with the creative team to produce conversion-driven assets.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on digital performance marketing experience, with ownership of B2C lead-generation campaigns.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful lead-generation campaigns from Google and Meta.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, GEO, social media marketing).
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions without day-to-day supervision.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & AI-Driven Performance Marketing

Caring Skin Medispa is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager/Assistant Manager with a strong focus on lead generation and customer acquisition. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and optimising performance marketing campaigns that attract a consistent flow of high-quality leads and maximise the return on our marketing investments. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, creative thinking and the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

• Develop, execute and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta and other relevant digital channels to drive high-quality leads and customer acquisition.

• Manage SEO, SEM and GEO initiatives, including keyword research and content optimisation, to improve search visibility and drive organic and paid traffic.

• Develop targeted acquisition and lead-nurturing strategies to engage potential customers throughout the customer journey and move them towards conversion.

• Monitor campaign performance and proactively address issues affecting lead volume, quality and acquisition costs.

Campaign Strategy & Optimisation

• Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, from strategy development to performance evaluation.

• Optimise campaigns through audience targeting, keywords, bidding strategies, landing pages and budget allocation to achieve lead generation targets.

• Translate campaign insights into actionable creative briefs and collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling, conversion-focused marketing materials.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor, analyse and report on key performance metrics, including lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, conversion rates and return on marketing investment.

• Maintain accurate conversion tracking and campaign attribution to measure performance across digital channels.

• Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations to optimise campaigns, improve efficiency and achieve business targets.

AI Analytics & Optimisation

• Leverage AI tools to enhance audience and keyword research, develop ad copy, and analyse campaign performance.

• Identify and implement practical automation for campaign reporting and workflows to streamline processes.

• Maintain performance dashboards and deliver regular reports on ad spend, lead quality, bookings, customer acquisition costs and campaign ROI.

What we are looking for

• Experience in beauty, aesthetics, wellness or other appointment‑based consumer services is an advantage.

• Able to communicate clearly and collaborate constructively with team members.
