Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore seeks a Supervisor to assist the Management team in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure restaurant operations run efficiently and customer service standards are maintained.

You will lead a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders, and Hosts, maintain guest satisfaction, train staff, review reservations, and ensure compliance with standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Certificate or Diploma with extensive F&B experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a 5-star hotel or deluxe restaurant.
• Basic service and operational knowledge; well-groomed appearance; willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays; ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist management in planning, coordinating and managing staff and services to ensure restaurant operations run efficiently and customer service standards are maintained.
• Lead a team of Captains, Service Attendants, Bartenders, and Hosts, and provide leadership in the absence of management staff.
• Monitor cashiering procedures for compliance with accounting standards.
