Job summary

Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the Ruby Lounge team, including Supervisors, Management Advocates, Lead Captains, Captains and Service Attendants, ensuring flawless F&B operations and service standards.

You will implement procedures, develop staff, manage guest satisfaction, review daily results, control cash handling, and coordinate with culinary and service teams to optimize efficiency and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ managerial experience in a 5-star hotel or deluxe restaurant.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Willing to work any day and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Ruby Lounge Supervisors, Management Advocates, Lead Captains, Captains and Service Attendants.
• Plan, coordinate and manage staff and services to ensure smooth Ruby F&B operations.
• Develop and implement operating procedures and standards; liaise with Manager on goals.
• Ensure cashiering procedures comply with accounting standards and report as required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to comments and complaints promptly.
