Job summary

Eadeco (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee outbound warehouse operations in Singapore. You will manage picking, packing, and shipment activities while ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

You will lead a team, monitor productivity, enforce SOPs, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPIs. Strong Excel skills and hands-on experience in inventory control are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse fulfilment operations with at least 1 year in a supervisor role.
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, returns, and inventory control.
• Proficient in daily Excel-based reporting and administrative tasks.
• Able to supervise staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse outbound operations, including picking, packing, sorting, and shipment activities.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered within the required timeline.
• Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency to achieve KPIs.
• Lead and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow and proper manpower allocation.
• Conduct checks on packing quality, shipment accuracy, housekeeping, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and overall work performance.
• Provide on-the-job training, operational guidance, and safety briefings to warehouse staff.
• Ensure proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist in inventory control, stock movement monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.
