Job summary

ELUXGO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a warehouse and customer support associate to handle daily e-commerce order fulfilment and stock management across multiple platforms.

You will respond to customer inquiries, assist in warehouse operations and goods preparation for daily, e-commerce and B2B orders, and ensure accurate product listings and timely deliveries; this role also requires physical capability to lift cartons.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce order fulfilment and customer support.
• Ability to manage stock levels and reduce overselling.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and goods preparation.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily orders accurately from various e-commerce platforms.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries across multiple platforms to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage product listings to prevent overselling and maintain stock accuracy.
• Anticipate stock resupply needs ahead of campaigns to avoid sales disruption.
• Answer customer calls and messages professionally to resolve questions and provide support.
• Assist in picking and preparing goods from the warehouse for daily e-commerce orders.
• Prepare goods for B2B customer deliveries to meet order requirements.
• Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse to avoid overselling and reduce out-of-stock situations.
• Physically fit to carry cartons.
