Job summary

PET LOVERS CENTRE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead in Singapore to support the Logistics Manager and oversee daily warehouse activities.

You will supervise a diverse team, ensure accurate receiving, picking, and packing, and coordinate deliveries for ecommerce and retail channels. The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and KPI reviews while addressing customer complaints and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Warehouse Management.
• Proven experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics Operations (3–5 years).
• Strong leadership and cross-functional program management experience with external vendors.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications, G Suite, and graphics editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the Logistics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations in the warehouses.
• Command a team of warehouse personnel at different levels and in a diversified cultural environment.
• Accountable for inventory accuracy and lead the cycle count and stocktake programs.
• Address customer complaints and work on corrective and preventive actions.
• Update and review KPI data from various platforms to measure weekly performance.
• Lead the warehouse supervisor and team for goods receiving, picking, and packing to DO requirements.
• Manage delivery schedules and delivery vendors to support Ecommerce and Retail outlets.
• Involved in Workplace Health & Safety Program and CIP initiatives.
