Alchemist in Singapore is seeking a creative leader to translate our brand into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, social, digital content, and beyond. If you live and breathe design, lead with ideas, and take pride in craft, this role is for you.

You will oversee ideation, coordinate shoots, manage briefs, ensure brand consistency, collaborate across teams, and mentor the creative staff while tailoring assets for international markets including Japan and Taiwan.

Qualificações

• At least 3-6 years in a creative, brand, or design role (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from concept to execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ideation, development, and execution of creative concepts for campaigns and digital content.
• Coordinate photoshoots for products, stores, and lifestyle content; manage briefs and visual direction.
• Oversee design and production of assets, ensuring brand consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, ops, and retail to ensure cohesive messaging across touchpoints.
• Serve as creative liaison for overseas markets (Japan, Taiwan) with local sensitivity.
