Job summary

Chello in Singapore is seeking a highly experienced Creative Lead to own Chello’s brand expression across visual identity, content, and shoots. This senior, hands-on role partners with the Founder and marketing to translate vision into cohesive outputs while upholding brand standards.

You will personally craft key visuals, direct photoshoots, and guide designers to deliver high-quality campaigns across digital and print, balancing creative ambition with commercial timeliness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior creative, brand, or design role.
• Strong portfolio with brand identity work and campaigns.
• Excellent eye for typography, color, and composition.
• Hands-on and strategic, with collaboration skills.
• Experience in fashion or design-led brands preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead brand expression across identity, campaigns, and assets.
• Oversee graphic design for digital and print collateral.
• Conceptualise and direct photoshoots with production teams.
• Collaborate with founder and marketing on campaigns.
• Refine workflows and tools to raise creative standards.
• Manage external creatives and brief them effectively.
