Job summary

Alchemist Works Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a creative leader to translate our brand into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.

You will lead end-to-end creative ownership, mentor the team, coordinate shoots, ensure brand consistency across multi-market campaigns (Japan, Taiwan), and collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail to deliver engaging storytelling.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in creative/brand/design roles.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage tight timelines.
• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign.

Responsibilities

• Lead ideation, development, and execution of campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.
• Coordinate photoshoots for products, stores, and lifestyle content; manage creative briefs and visual direction.
• Oversee the design and production of assets and collaterals, ensuring brand consistency.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Serve as key creative liaison for overseas markets (Japan and Taiwan) with tailored assets.
• Support event branding and visual merchandising as needed.
• Mentor the creative team, providing direction and feedback for high-quality output.
