Qualifications

• 5+ years of creative agency or in-house brand experience.

• Strong design fundamentals and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and safeguard the brand's visual and thematic identity across channels.
• Lead high-impact multi-channel campaigns from brief to execution.
• Mentor copywriters, designers, and producers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Strategy to align with KPIs.
• Direct key visuals and video shoots when needed.
• Maintain quality standards and stay ahead of trends.
