Alchemist in Singapore is seeking a creative leader to translate our brand into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, social, digital content, and beyond. If you live and breathe design, lead with ideas, and take pride in craft, this role is for you.

You will oversee ideation, coordinate shoots, manage briefs, ensure brand consistency, collaborate across teams, and mentor the creative staff while tailoring assets for international markets including Japan and Taiwan.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3-6 years in a creative, brand, or design role (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from concept to execution across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Proven ability to lead creative projects independently and meet tight deadlines.

As we grow across Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, we are looking for a creative leader who can translate our brand into compelling visual experiences — across campaigns, social media, digital content, and beyond. What You Will Do

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.
• Coordinate photoshoots for products, stores, and lifestyle content; manage creative briefs and visual direction.
• Oversee the design and production of creative assets and collaterals, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coordination, smooth execution, and cohesive messaging across touchpoints.
• Serve as the key creative liaison for our overseas market (Japan and Taiwan), ensuring all assets are tailored to local market needs, cultural nuances, and brand standards.
• Support event branding and visual merchandising efforts as needed.
• Stay on top of trends in coffee, design, and culture to keep output fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Manage daily admin duties to facilitate marketing process and brand communications.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, providing direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality creative output and effective collaboration.

We Are Looking For

• At least 3-6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or design role — agency or in-house background welcome
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative ownership — from concept through to execution across digital and physical touchpoints (portfolio submission is required as part of your application)
• Proven ability to lead creative projects independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines
• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign at minimum
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and retail teams
• Experience working across multi-market or regional campaigns is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Japan or Taiwan market sensibilities is a plus — but not a dealbreaker
• F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is preferred
• A self-starter who can work independently in a lean team environment while leading others effectively
