Alchemist Works Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a creative leader to translate our brand into compelling visual experiences across campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.

You will lead end-to-end creative ownership, mentor the team, coordinate shoots, ensure brand consistency across multi-market campaigns (Japan, Taiwan), and collaborate with marketing, operations, and retail to deliver engaging storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in creative/brand/design roles.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership across digital and physical touchpoints.

• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions.
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign.

As we grow across Singapore, Taiwan, and Japan, we are looking for a creative leader who can translate our brand into compelling visual experiences — across campaigns, social media, digital content, and beyond. What You Will Do

• Lead the ideation, development, and execution of creative concepts for campaigns, social media, digital content, and offline activations.
• Coordinate photoshoots for products, stores, and lifestyle content; manage creative briefs and visual direction.
• Oversee the design and production of creative assets and collaterals, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure proper coordination, smooth execution, and cohesive messaging across touchpoints.
• Serve as the key creative liaison for our overseas market (Japan and Taiwan), ensuring all assets are tailored to local market needs, cultural nuances, and brand standards.
• Support event branding and visual merchandising efforts as needed.
• Stay on top of trends in coffee, design, and culture to keep output fresh, relevant, and engaging.
• Manage daily admin duties to facilitate marketing process and brand communications.
• Lead and mentor the creative team, providing direction, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality creative output and effective collaboration.

We Are Looking For

• At least 3-6 years of experience in a creative, brand, or design role — agency or in-house background welcome
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end creative ownership — from concept through to execution across digital and physical touchpoints (portfolio submission is required as part of your application)
• Proven ability to lead creative projects independently and manage multiple deliverables under tight timelines
• Experience directing or coordinating photoshoots and video productions
• Strong eye for detail, composition, and visual storytelling
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign at minimum
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and retail teams
• Experience working across multi-market or regional campaigns is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Japan or Taiwan market sensibilities is a plus — but not a dealbreaker
• F&B, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience is preferred
• A self-starter who can work independently in a lean team environment while leading others effectively
