Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Creative Strategy Director to lead and grow the in-house Strategy vertical across the region. You will define the vision, frameworks, and operating model, building a high-performing strategists team trusted by clients and internal stakeholders.

You will translate strategy into compelling creative solutions, partner with Creative Directors, and lead workshops to deliver strategic value and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Creative Strategy, Strategic Planning, Brand Strategy, Communications Planning or Creative Leadership.
• Proven ability to scale a strategic capability and drive business growth.
• Strong commercial acumen with revenue generation.
• Experience influencing C-suite stakeholders and presenting to senior client audiences.
• MBA or postgraduate qualifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the vision, strategy and growth of the Creative Strategy vertical.
• Build and scale the capability through best-practice frameworks, tools and methodologies.
• Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing team of strategists.
• Foster a culture of innovation, strategic excellence and commercial accountability.
• Partner with stakeholders to grow the Strategy offering and drive revenue opportunities.
• Support client pitches and strategic solutioning.
