Job summary

Plain Vanilla Bakery Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Service Associate to lead shift execution with confidence, ensuring product quality, inventory control, and strong team support during daily operations.

You will manage opening/closing, uphold SOPs, maintain cleanliness, assist in stock planning, and mentor Junior Associates while delivering exceptional coffee and bakery experiences to customers.

Qualifications

• More than 2 years of work experience in F&B or retail.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and execution skills.
• Genuine passion for coffee, food, or baking.
• A proactive drive to learn.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage assigned shifts, ensuring SOP compliance and quality.
• Execute store opening and closing procedures.
• Enforce store tidiness and hygiene across customer-facing and back-of-house areas.
• Assist in stock estimation, ordering, and waste reduction for inventory control.
• Mentor Junior Associates and uphold brand and service standards.
