Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects; SME in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• 2 year experience with Java-based languages, preferably Kotlin; Open to learn Kotlin.
• 2 year experience in Micro-Services; Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps (TDD, BDD).
• 2 year experience on Containerization; Experience in Couchbase.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals and identify necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high impact problems through in-depth evaluation of complex business and system processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation based on system flow knowledge.
• Understand how areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals.
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions through interpretive thinking.
• Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk in business decisions and uphold Citi's reputation by ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and reporting control issues transparently.
