Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst in Singapore to drive the design, development, and deployment of critical platforms. The role focuses on leading applications analysis and programming activities, aligning with the technology team to deliver robust systems.

You will partner with multiple management teams, guide mid-level developers, and ensure adherence to the overall architecture while implementing best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications
• Experience managing and implementing successful projects
• SME in at least one area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly
• Proven leadership and project management skills
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• 2 year experience with Java-based languages, preferably Kotlin
• Open to learn Kotlin
• 2 year experience in Micro-Services
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps
• 2 year experience on Containerization
• Experience in Couchbase

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and define system enhancements
• Resolve high impact problems through evaluation of complex processes
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation
• Understand how architecture and infrastructure integrate to meet business goals
• Provide in-depth analysis and innovative solutions
• Coach mid-level developers and analysts
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws and regulations
