Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and in programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to ensure integration of functions and define system enhancements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business and system processes.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and align designs with architecture blueprint.
• Use advanced knowledge of systems flow and establish coding, testing, and implementation standards.
• Understand how business areas like architecture and infrastructure interact to meet goals.
• Deliver in-depth analysis and develop innovative solutions to issues.
