• Five years+ experience in technology capability development or service management
• Experience leading workstreams, coordinating vendors, or delivering technology projects is a plus
• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance practices, with ability to manage priorities

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of scalable, secure capabilities with governance and funding readiness.
• Manage delivery progress, risks, issues, and dependencies with stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with Sustainment & Service Operations to ensure long-term supportability and compliance.
• Support annual planning and budgeting with delivery and cost estimates.
