Job summary

SYNAPXE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Analyst to ensure plans are well defined, on track, and risks mitigated across functions.

You will coordinate with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards. You will lead cross-functional teams, update stakeholders, drive change control, plan resources and budgets, and support procurement and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT project management from RFP to awarding.
• Experience in RFP specification, pricing, evaluation, etc.
• Experience with government projects is a plus.
• Strong in writing approval papers/justifications for procurement.
• Ability to do data crunching and work with numbers.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT infrastructure projects.
• PM certification such as PMP is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies and networking principles.
• Proficiency in project management software/tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work under pressure.
• 1 year contract

Responsibilities

• Plan and acquire manpower resources for projects and manage allocation to meet objectives (infra related items).
• Plan and drive procurement activities including scope and funding approvals.
• Lead and manage project team including users, external teams and vendors to meet objectives within scope, budget, timeline and quality.
• Set up project management framework per Quality Management System procedures.
• Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan with scope, objectives, risks, budget, governance, schedule and deliverables.
• Provide timely progress updates to stakeholders and manage budgets/cash flow.
• Oversee change control processes and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Develop detailed project schedules, identify dependencies and critical path.
• Guide QA framework, testing plans, and end-to-end testing with vendors/teams.
• Manage risks and issues with mitigation plans and escalation as needed.
• Maintain project governance and stakeholder communications.
