Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in systems/business analysis; including 2+ years in leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BA or related field.
• Experience with data and/or AI is a bonus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and management across stakeholder groups.
• Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized workflows.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, data mappings, and APIs.
• Oversee design docs, test plans, and QA/UAT validation.
• Serve as technical liaison between IT delivery and stakeholders; escalate issues.
• Mentor and lead junior analysts; contribute to hiring and performance reviews.
• Implement process improvements and establish best practices for analysis and documentation.
• Participate in strategic planning and assess risks with system enhancements.
