Job summary

Synapxe is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to support the planning, governance, and delivery of cross-functional initiatives in Singapore. You will coordinate, track, and mitigate risks to ensure timely outputs aligned with objectives.

Responsibilities include stakeholder and vendor coordination, meeting facilitation, and maintaining accurate project documentation and budgets where applicable. This role emphasizes ownership and timely follow-through across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Identify and elevate risks, issues, and potential delays, and support mitigation actions.
• Ensure timely delivery of project outputs in accordance with agreed objectives.
• Maintain structured tracking of project progress (risks, issues, action items, deliverables).
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and governance forums.
• Ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy of project documentation and reporting.
• Support compliance with project management and governance standards.
• Work closely with business users, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and coordination of activities.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Support management of stakeholder expectations and timely escalation of key issues.
• Ensure project deliverables are well-structured, accurate, and aligned across related outputs.
• Review materials to minimise errors and reduce rework.
• Ensure updates are consistently reflected across all relevant documentation.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure end-to-end completion without reminders.
• Maintain clear visibility of outstanding items, priorities, and timelines.
• Ensure gaps are proactively identified and addressed across workstreams.
• Support tracking of project budgets, resource utilisation, and financial status.
• Assist in ensuring alignment between project activities and budget constraints.
