Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a Project Analyst to ensure projects are well planned, on track and delivered with quality. You will coordinate with business users, internal/external teams and vendors to keep projects on time and within budget.

You will also lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders, and participate in annual workplanning and budget estimation for new demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
• 5–7 years of project management experience including RFP to award.
• Experience with RFP spec, pricing and evaluation.
• Government/project experience is a plus.
• Strong in IT infrastructure, networking and system engineering.

Responsibilities

• Plan and acquire manpower resources for projects, including infra items.
• Lead project team including users, external teams and vendors to meet objectives within scope, budget and timeline.
• Set up project management framework in accordance with Quality Management System.
• Develop and maintain Project Management Plan with scope, schedule, budget, risks and governance.
• Update stakeholders on progress, issues, risks and budgets in a timely manner.
• Oversee risk and issue management, change control and procurement activities.
• Support RFQ/RFP processes up to award and prepare approvals.
