Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to deliver medium/large projects within a HealthTech domain. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive planning, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery with high quality.

You will coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and refine processes within the Quality Management System to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering medium/large projects or multiple small projects.
• Strong planning, tracking, issue resolution and risk mitigation skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams with business users, internal/external teams, and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and budget management abilities.
• Strong people management and a drive for excellence and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for driving the successful delivery of medium/large project or multiple small projects within a business domain or cross functional projects.
• Ensures the project is well planned, on-track, resolves issues across different functions immediately and mitigates any potential risks early to avoid project failure.
• Leads and drive cross functional teams, works in collaboration and coordinates with business users, internal and external teams, and vendors to ensure project is succesfully completed within budget & scope, on time and with quality.
• Provides regular progress update to key stakeholders and management, and escape issues for resolution in a timely manner andparticipates in annual workplanning and manage the estimation of budget for new demands.
• Possess strong project management and people management skills. - likes to pursue excellence and new knowledge, and actively impact new knowledge and skills to others.
• Has good communication skills, is a competent negotiator, demonstrates resiliency, good at problem solving and able to engage & influence effective at both the internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee and manage project team to develop the detailed requirements and deliverables as agreed within the scope of the project
• Develop the detailed project activities and schedule,identifydependency and critical path
• Drive andmonitorthe project activities,scheduleand deadlines to ensuretimelydelivery
• Manage any slippage in project activities & schedule, manage interdependentactivitiesand adjust schedules to ensure the overall projectobjectivesand deadlines can be met
• Guide the project team to develop the Quality Assurance framework for the project, includingaoverall Test Plan
• Plan and deliver the project in accordancetothe processes,proceduresand responsibilities under the Quality Management System for Project Management Methodology
• Ensure all the deliverables and testing meet the agreed requirementsthrough the use ofa Requirement Traceability Matrix
• Ensure all the deliverables comply with policy stated in the HealthTech Instruction Manual, for examples, the Security and Data Management Policy
