Job summary

Synapxe is launching the HealthTech Associate Programme (HAP) in Singapore. We seek System Analysts for the Jan/Feb 2027 intake to work with business users, conduct requirements analysis, system implementations and ongoing support.

The role emphasizes understanding hospital processes and cross-functional collaboration to deliver value. As part of HAP, you will engage in change management, training, and maintaining project docs while developing strong SDLC knowledge and leadership capabilities

Qualifications

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2026
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Responsibilities

• Identify Business Needs: Support liaison with business stakeholders to identify business needs; analyze requirements; help develop business cases; assess risk vs benefits.
• Analyse Business Process: Analyze current processes; develop alternative solutions to streamline; evaluate feasibility of improvements; assist with reports and strategic analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specification: Translate requirements into functional specs; collaborate with developers or vendors to ensure requirements are in system design; act as liaison between users and technical staff.
• Facilitate change management: Plan and coordinate end-user training; be first point of contact for user queries.
• Maintain Projects: Support project delivery; monitor progress; maintain project documentation; provide 24x7 primary application maintenance support.
