Job summary

Koko Delivery in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Operations Executive to manage daily delivery operations and a network of freelance drivers. The role focuses on proactive planning, early problem detection, and hands-on coordination to keep last-mile operations smooth and reliable.

The successful candidate will plan manpower, allocate deliveries, monitor live progress, and respond quickly to issues. This is a full-time, on-site position with a 5.5-day work week in Jalan Pemimpin.

Qualifications

• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience in logistics, dispatch, fleet or delivery operations preferred.
• Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week.
• Experience managing freelance drivers is an advantage.
• Class 3(A) driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan driver manpower based on upcoming delivery volumes.
• Secure sufficient drivers in advance.
• Prepare daily driver schedules and job allocations.
• Coordinate and monitor drivers during delivery operations.
• Handle driver shortages, delays and last-minute changes.
• Recruit and maintain a pool of freelance drivers.
• Communicate with clients and drivers on operations.
• Identify potential problems early and propose solutions.
• Follow through on operational issues until resolved.
