About the role
Assist the Project Manager in executing and supervising landscaping projects by coordinating site activities, ensuring quality and schedule adherence, managing documentation, and supporting client communications.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily landscaping site activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.
- Develop and maintain detailed work schedules to ensure timely completion of landscaping tasks.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and records documenting on-site work progress and quality standards.
- Generate project-related quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to support procurement and project budgeting.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the project team, assisting with project coordination and documentation tasks.
- Attend site inspections, tender show rounds, and meetings to support project execution and compile necessary documents for submissions.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address queries and maintain positive working relationships.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating proactive problem-solving and organizational skills.
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management or a related field or WSQ Landscape Certificate for Supervisors (Level 3).
- At least 5 years of related supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for report preparation and communication.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
